Guide to Crafting the Perfect Custom Pizza Order

Here at Franco’s, we know that it isn’t enough to create the freshest, most flavorful food; the ordering process needs to be as seamless as possible, too. Whether you’re feeding yourself, your family, or your office, Franco’s has made it easy to order the pizza, wings, salads, and more you need when you want them most. Order ahead of time or order for fast delivery or pickup; the choice is yours! 

Getting started is easy. All you need to do is visit the ordering page on our website and take the following steps! 

How to Order 

If you’re new to ordering from Franco’s, the first thing you’ll have to do is click “Order Now!” under New Users. Then, complete the following:

• Choose either delivery or pickup.
• Enter your street address in the space provided.
• Click “Next.”
• Pick the store you’d like to order from. 
• Browse the menu and go to the pizza section.

Craft Your Perfect Pizza

Now comes the fun part: designing your perfect pizza! First, pick the size of the pizza that works best for you. Options include a personal 8” x 8” pizza, a medium 12” x 12” pizza, a large 16” x 21” pizza, and a party-sized 18” x 26” pizza. (Pro tip: pizzas come pre-cut by default, but you can always choose “don’t cut” later in the process if you want a different number of slices.) 

You can choose one of our gourmet pizza options or craft your perfect custom pizza from scratch! If you decide to create a pizza tailor made for you, then you will need to select the toppings you want, including the sauce, cheeses, meats/proteins, and veggies. When it comes to sauces, we have 15 different options for you to choose from! Our ordering page will even allow you to choose what goes on each half of the pizza. 

Finally, decide how you would like your pizza cooked under the “cooking instructions” section. If you would like it cooked as usual, select nothing. If you would like thin crust, light bake, extra bake, or no white spice, or if you would like your pizza to not be cut, select the corresponding boxes.

Lastly, click “add item” to put your custom pizza in your online cart! 

How to Create an Account

If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be taken to a “Register Now!” page. (Feel free to click “Sign in here” if you already have an account and wish to log in to it.) Enter your information and contact preferences; this is the perfect way to get on our list for special coupons and promos! 

At this point, you’ll be taken to the Checkout page, where you’ll choose from delivery (if it’s available) or pickup. You’ll also need to choose a delivery time. If your Franco’s location isn’t open now, you can choose a future time and date – up to a week and a half in the future! 

Add any coupons, promo codes, or gift card codes into the appropriate spaces on this page, if applicable. Finally, add your payment information and click “next.” Soon, you’ll be on your way to enjoying your favorite food from Buffalo’s best pizza place!
